Date juice concentrate is a sweetener alternative produced by extracting taste and odor properties from the fruit juice extracted from dates. In the production phase of this food, in addition to the intake of aromatic components, the water ratio is greatly reduced. In this way, a liquid with a thick consistency (concentrated) and aroma-free is obtained. The difference between date extract and date concentrate becomes clear at this point. While the date pulp is obtained by completely homogenizing the edible parts of the fruit, the date juice concentrate consists only of the natural sugar components and some other nutrients contained in the fruit.
