COOKING POT: This canning pot is 9.45 in/24 cm,152 oz/4.5 L. Tempered glass lids lock in true flavor, texture and nutrients for tender, succulent dishes while the body-extension steel handles offer a safe and secure hold. Safe for metal utensils.

ENCAPSULATED BOTTOM: This induction cooktop has an encapsulated thermal base as 4.5 mm thickness. Its extremely heat-responsive bottom transfers heat and spreads it quickly and evenly, throughout the pan, all the way to the rim.

INDUCTION COOKWARE: Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.

EASY TO CLEAN: Serenk pots and pans are dishwasher safe. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
