Nish Filter Coffee Colombia
Product features
Colombia coffee was first brought to the Colombian mountains in the form of Arabica coffee trees by Jesuit missionaries. These trees, known to produce the world's best quality coffee, prefer higher altitude and lower temperatures.
This made them rapidly adapting to various land of the country, and as the trees matured, Colombia's wonderful climate throughout the year and plenty of volcanic mountains made the most appropriate geographical position for the development of plants.
As these trees began to fruit, people began to harvest the cherries for coffee beans, which resulted in delicious Colombia Supremo coffee. During harvest, the seeds pass through a slow ripening cycle, which results in a very delicious and unique coffee directly.
The fruit of the Arabica tree is filled into the sacks immediately after the harvest and then sent to a cleaning machine. After this process, coffee is fermented to improve its unique properties. Twenty -four hours later, the coffee beans are washed with water to remove dirt.
This critical step is what distinguishes authentic Colombia coffee from Brazilian Coffee. After the coffee beans are washed, they are left in the sun until they are completely dried. On night or rainy days, the seeds are closed to ensure that they maintain their characteristic aroma and taste.
Thanks to sensitive processes and meticulousness and attention, the seeds and trees once brought to South America have now begun to produce the perfect coffee known as Colombia Supremo Coffee.
