PREPARATION :

Heat the waffle maker at medium temperature. Grease if necessary.

Add the necessary ingredients to the powder mixture and whisk with an electric mixer for 30 seconds at low speed and 1-2 minutes at high speed.

Pour 1 cup of batter into the centre of the heated waffle maker. Cook until the pores disappear. You can decorate the waffle with fruit and chocolate sauces.
